The staff and Les Amis Owner, Joe Sittikarn, have added an air of excitement to Green Square with their welcoming bistro, gourmet cuisine, quick and light meals, delicious pastries and freshly-filled crusty baguettes.
Then there’s Owner, Joe Sittikarn’s life-long food passion, borne from his Thai heritage. It’s with excitement that after years of working in leading modern Australian and French restaurants in Sydney and Brisbane, Joe realises his dream of opening his own restaurant. His fine dining and first-class service training, added to his management experience of five-star restaurants such as Belle Epoque and the Westin Hotel, has defined Joe’s own style of dining … one that is indulgent and delicate, while also relaxed and comfortable.
Together with co-owner Aldo Pennini, Joe and the Les Amis team bring together the key ingredients of a memorable eating experience - great food, excellent service and a passion for their craft.
